P. Gunasekaran

P. Gunasekaran is Head of Design & Vaastu at Bogar Infra Projects Pvt Ltd, bringing together traditional architectural principles and practical construction experience.

He began in the pump and industrial painting sector, working closely with construction materials and workmanship, before moving into building design. He has since developed deep expertise in Manaiadi Shastram and Vaastu Shastram, designing buildings that respect traditional principles while meeting modern requirements.

In four years he has designed and contributed to more than 50 individual villas and bungalows. He is known for detailed hand-drawn concept plans, precise enough to be converted to CAD with little or no change.
