By using bogarinfra.com you agree to these terms. They are short because the site is simple: it tells you about our work and lets you contact us.
What this website is for
The site presents BogarInfra’s services, sectors, and selected projects, and provides an enquiry form. Project descriptions and figures on this site are general information about the kind of work we do. They are not an offer, a quotation, or a warranty. The terms of any engagement with BogarInfra are only those set out in a written contract signed by both parties.
Enquiries
Sending an enquiry does not create a contract or a commitment on either side. We aim to respond within one working day, and we handle what you send us as described in our Privacy Policy.
Client links and passwords
If we give you a private project link, a site-update link, or a password, they are for you and the people you choose to share them with. Please keep them confidential; we may replace or withdraw a link at any time, for example when a project completes or a password is lost.
Content and trademarks
The BogarInfra name, logo, text and photographs on this site belong to BogarInfra or are used with permission. You may view and share links to the site; you may not copy its content for commercial use without our written permission.
Acceptable use
- Do not send enquiries that are misleading, abusive, or automated.
- Do not attempt to access any part of the site that is not offered to you.
- Do not use a link or password that was not given to you.
Availability and liability
We keep the site running with care but do not promise it will be available or error-free at all times. To the extent Indian law allows, BogarInfra is not liable for loss arising from use of the site itself. Nothing here limits liabilities that cannot be limited by law, and nothing here alters the terms of a signed contract.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes concerning the website are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
