Smart & integration-ready buildings
Every system we install is specified to speak open protocols, so the building plugs into the software you already run, from hospital systems to plant dashboards.
Not a closed box anywhere in the building
A modern facility runs on software: a hospital’s information system, a plant’s SCADA and ERP, a data centre’s DCIM, a facility team’s BMS. The building has to feed it. We design and install power, HVAC, fire, access, metering and solar systems that speak open, published protocols, on a structured network backbone planned with your IT team.
At handover you get the points lists, IP schedules and integration test records your software vendor needs, so connecting the building to your platforms is a configuration task, not a retrofit. Where your own software is involved, we coordinate the integration with your IT team or vendor.
What connects to what
The software each kind of building reports into, and the open standards its systems speak.
Operation theatres & hospitals
Connects to Hospital information systems, BMS and imaging
- OT control panels for temperature, humidity and pressure
- Medical gas alarm panels & pressure monitoring
- AHU and pressure-cascade controls
- Structured cabling & network points for integrated OT systems
SpeaksBACnet/IPModbus TCPHL7 / FHIRDICOMTheatre conditions and alarms visible to the hospital’s own teams, and an OT ready for its integration partner to connect imaging and patient records.

Connects to DCIM and NOC monitoring platforms
- Network-managed UPS and PDUs
- Precision cooling with controller interfaces
- Generator, ATS and power-quality metering
- Leak, temperature and aspirating smoke detection
SpeaksSNMPModbus TCPBACnet/IPMQTTEvery critical point on one screen in the platform you already use, with alarms before outages, not after.

Connects to SCADA, MES, ERP and energy dashboards
- Utility & sub-energy metering by line or machine
- Compressed-air and chilled-water monitoring
- Power-quality analysers on critical feeders
- Industrial network backbone to the control room
SpeaksOPC UAModbus TCP / RTUMQTTUtilities that show up in the plant’s own dashboards, so energy and downtime are managed with data, not guesswork.

Connects to BMS, facility-management and energy apps
- BMS controllers on HVAC and pumps
- Lighting control & occupancy sensing
- Tenant and floor-wise energy sub-metering
- Access control & visitor points

Connects to Inverter monitoring portals and energy dashboards
- Inverters with open monitoring interfaces
- Generation, export and net-meter readings
- Weather and irradiance sensing
- Data link to the facility’s BMS or energy platform
SpeaksSunSpec ModbusModbus TCPMQTTGeneration and consumption side by side, so the plant’s return is measured every day.

Integration planned in, not bolted on
Map your systems
At design we list the software you already run (BMS, HIS, SCADA, DCIM, security) and the protocols each one expects.
Specify open & network-ready
Equipment is chosen for open protocols, not closed boxes, on a structured network backbone planned with your IT team.
Commission & hand over
Points lists, IP schedules and integration test records are handed over, so your software vendor connects in days, not months.
Planning a connected facility?
Tell us the software you run and the building you need, and we’ll plan the integration from day one.
